Questions in all fields and interests will be asked in this fun and fast paced night of mental mayhem! Play alone or with friends! Please come and enjoy the first of what we hope to be a monthly event – spread the word!! All ages welcome!

We can not begin to describe our fantastic the first weekend of Pride & Prejudice went!
With excellent audiences, and wonderful feedback – we can not be happier!
BUT, just in case you have’nt seen the amazing production that is Pride & Prejudice, you still have three chances!
Pride & Prejudice: A Stage Reading Production (By Jane Austen, Adapted by Joanna Norland) will be performed this upcoming weekend, Novemb er 13th – 15th (Friday/Saturday at 8, and Sunday at 3).

Pride and Prejudice Auditions

The Vintage Theater will be holding auditions for its fall production, which is a stage reading adaptation of Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice on September 13th and 14th! This world premiere adaptation was written by Joanna Norland, a published London playwright. Miss Norland of the UK has been in search of a US theater company to produce her latest un-published work and has selected The Vintage Theater of Scranton! This innovative and exciting stage reading production will be co directed by Heather Stuart (professional actresses and member of The Electric Theatre Company) and Barbra O’Brien (co-founder/Film Director of The Vintage Theater).

September 13th – 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM
September 14th – 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Call backs or auditions by appointment ONLY)

The production will run from November 6th – 15th (Fridays and Saturdays at 8, Sundays at 3).Rehearsals will be held Wednesdays & Thursdays (6:00 PM – 8:30 PM) and Saturdays (noon to 3).

All those interested should prepare a 1 -3 minute monologue (anything but Shakespeare) OR be prepared to read from the script.
